Meditation, Qi Gong (Chi Kung), Taiji Quan (Tai Chi) & Shaolin Gong Fu (Kung Fu) are an integral part of the teaching transmitted.
The learning and practice of these disciplines are accessible to all, regardless of age and physical condition, because the teaching is adapted to the student; “group lessons, private, semi-private or special groups”
The student can choose his orientation of practice according to his own aspirations. Classes focus on the cultivation of body, energy and mind.
