Qi Gong (Often spelled Chi Kung) is a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practiced for thousands of years by Chinese martial art masters and in these days; millions of people around the world.
It is based on old wisdom and traditional Chinese medicine and involves very precise sets of movements of the body and/or Mind & Energy, specifically designed to benefit health and grow on many different levels. Regular practice brings about a deep strengthening effect for the whole body and its various systems effecting the mind & energy.
There are hundreds of different traditional effective practices, each with its specific values, functionalities and realms. In China, they can be divided into 3 main groups and multiply into different styles, pure or integrated, ancient or contemporary;
