On the last 2 days when doing extended basic skills, I had the connection and understanding of the double spiral you are always talking about. I had some control of its actions, shoulders down, head high. It was a cool feeling. I also felt more deeply rooted, and that it was the beginning of something. Patience is something I need practice on as I want things more immediate, but I also realize that it’s not the destination but the journey and that there a lot of interesting and wonderful things along the way.
